Boasa Dress by Theory

We adore how the top and bottom of the Boasa Dress by Theory are so different. The skirt is a black and white print while the top is all black. There is a scoop neck, pleated banding at the empire waist, ruching at the shirt, a hidden side zipper, and 1.25 inch straps. It is 35 inches long.
