Shirred V Dress by Splendid

We think the Shirred V Dress by Splendid is a perfect date dress. There is large banding at the crossover V-neck and V-back, shirring at the bodice, ruching at the empire waist, ruching at the straps, and a lined bodice. It is 33 inches long and available in lagoon, white, black, and turf.
