Eos Dress by Rachel Pally

The Eos Dress by Rachel Pally feels a bit like a goddess dress except it's shorter and available in fun colors. Ther eis ruching and covered elastic banding at the top hem, a self tie belt at the empire waist, balloon bottom hem, and a lining. It is 25 inches from the center of the back and available in apple and petunia.
