Strapless Long Dress by T-Bags

If it weren't for the contrasting, woven belt at the empire waist, the Strapless Long Dress by T-Bags would be a pretty ordinary black dress. The belt has braid detail, wooden buckle details, and a tie closure at the back. The dress has gathered elastic banding at the top hem and waist, and striped trim at the ruffled bottom hem. It is 49 inches long from the center back.
