Palau Dress by WeSC

The Palau Dress by WeSC may skew a little young, but it's still super cute. It has a scoop neck, ruched bodice with seam detail, eight buttons down the front, ruching at the back, and a removable tie at the waist. It measures at 34 inches long. We think the blue plaid makes it even more adorable.
