Long Ruffle Dress by T-Bags

We've seen similar dresses from T-Bags recently, but none have been quite like the Long Ruffle Dress. It has a V-neck, ruched bust and empire waist, tiered body, and gold rope halter ties. It measures 46 inches from the center of the back.
