Lisbet Dress by Velvet

Everyone seems to have a dress similar to the Lisbet Dress by Velvet this summer. It has smocked banding at the bust and back and ruching at the empire waist. It measures at 30 inches long and is available in black, tidal, and melon. It also works great as a cover up at the beach or pool.
