Senorita Skirt / Dress by Nightcap Clothing

As the name implies, the Senorita Skirt / Dress by Nightcap Clothing can be worn either as a skirt or as a dress. There is crossover detail and a ribbed panel at the top hem, crocheted banding and a rolled, tie that goes behind the neck, and unfinished edge at the bottom hem. It is 43 inches long and available in black and scarlet.
