This week for Frugal Friday we've found the City Stretch Ruffle Sleeveless Dress at New York & Company. This dress is cute and can be worn to a bunch of different events in your life depending on how you accessorize. It has a scoop neck and back with ruffle trim, a double tie belt at the waist, and is lined above the waist. The best part is that it comes in a bunch of colors: black, walnut, dark blue, regal rose, kool green, and ancient marble.
