Kelsey Dress with Raw Edge Collar by Milly

The Kelsey Dress with Raw Edge Collar by Milly is a great work dress as it's conservative and sophisticated. What you may not see at first glance is the bright pink fabric at the seven inch vent at the back. It also has a fold over collar and banding at the crew neck, an unfinished edge at the collar, one inch grosgrain banding at the waist, and a hidden zipper at the back. It is 35 inches long, lined, and made of partially wool.
