Turtle Shift by Susana Monaco

We simply adore the Turtle Shift by Susana Monaco, which to us is the perfect work dress. It is sophisticated and stylish, yet conservative enough for most all work settings. It has a tie at the turtleneck, short sleeves, and hangs at 34 inches from the shoulder. It is available in three colors too: jet, midnight, and black.
