Drama Queen Dress by Nanette Lepore

There is a faux wrap skirt with a tie at the hip, seven buttons at the bust, fold-over collar, ruching and three inch banding at the waist, ruching at the shoulders, smocking at the neck, pleating and gather detail at the two inch cuffs, and elbow length sleeves.
