Ruffle Dress by T-Bags

We find so many black dresses, but here is a cute dark brown one. The Ruffle Dress by T-Bags has picot trim and tiered ruffles at the V-neck, unfinished edge at the ruffles, draped and ruched banding and hidden elastic banding at the waist, ruching at the shoulders and cuffs, knife pleats at the waist, slant pockets at the hip, and 3/4 length sleeves. It is 35 inches long.
