Twist Velvet Dress by Vince

Velvet is not a fabric you see very often, but it looks fabulous on the Twist Velvet Dress by Vince. This V-neck dress has draping at the front, pleating at the shoulders, and a hidden back zipper. It is lined, 34 inches long, and in one of our favorite colors, bordeaux!
