It may be hard to see from the picture, but the Cee Cee Mini Dress by Black Halo has a navy skirt. It's a nice change from your typical little black dress. There are layered chiffon ruffles at the silk bodice, seam detail at the fitted, stretch skirt, adjustable spaghetti straps, and a hidden side zipper. It is 34 inches long and lined.
