The Flutter String Dress by Susana Monaco is similar to yesterday's Flutter Tube Dress, just with straps. It has an unfinished ruffle at the scoop neck, spaghetti straps, and is lined at the bodice. It is 32 inches long and comes in three colors: passion, black, and bijou.
