Floral Lace Dress by Anna Sui

The Floral Lace Dress by Anna Sui is interesting with a floral print throughout on a black background and with black lace banding at the sweetheart neckline and arm openings. It's girly but not very innocent looking. There is also smocked chiffon at the neck and arms, ruching at the bust, ruffled cuffs, cap sleeves, and a hidden side zipper. It is lined and 32 inches long.
