Dominica Dress by Theory

The Dominica Dress by Theory is very conservative and would be great for work. It features a fold-over collar, five buttons down the front, welt pockets at the hip, gathered elastic banding at the waist, knife pleat and single button at the cuffs, button tab detail at the cuffs, and sleeves that can be worn either elbow or 3/4 length. It is 32 inches long and sateen.
