Idalia Dress by Theory

We love polka dots right now, and those on the Idalia Dress by Theory are scattered in a unsymmetrical pattern so it is a little different. There is also gathered elastic banding at the top hem, ruching and solid elastic banding at the waist, a tiered hem, and a hidden side zipper. The bodice is lined, it is 24 inches long, and it is 100% silk.
