We like this next dress because the striped print and solid top combo isn't very common right now. The Stripe Tube Dress by Milly has a ribbed bodice, covered elastic banding at the top hem, ruching at the waist, and ribbed banding and pointelle detail at the bottom hem. It is 28 inches long.
