Lace is all the rage right now, and we especially like the Kitty Dress by Daughters of the Revolution because it isn't your grandma's lace. This dress features a deep crossover V-neck, ruched shoulders, self-belt tie at the gathered elastic waist, surged hem and cuffs, and 3/4 length bell sleeves. It is extra short at 31 inches, lined at the body, and sheer at the sleeves.
