Long Two Tone Halter Dress by Rachel Pally

We wrote about a similar dress a year ago, but the Long Two Tone Halter Dress by Rachel Pally is out again this year in a gorgeous new purple color. This two-toned dress has a V-neck, convertible contrast banding, unfinished edges at the banding and bottom hem, and halter straps that tie behind the neck. It is 60 inches long.
