Bow Dress by Pencey

It's hard to get more girly than the Bow Dress by Pencey. This floral dress has a Swiss-dot mess inset at the bust, a V-neck, mesh bows and gathering at the asymmetrical hem, adjustable spaghetti straps, and a hidden side zipper. It is made from a stretchy silk and is 33 inches long.
