Necklace Dress by T-Bags

It has your necklace already figured out with the wood beads, crochet-covered beads, and grosgrain ribbon ties at the tiered necklace. This dress also has a covered elastic top hem and an asymmeterical bottom hem. It is 27 inches long and available in black and olive.
