The Colorblock Dress by Rachel Roy has a mod feeling (the boots aren't hurting that in the picture), and we adore the bright color. This sweater dress has a scoop neck, contrasting seams throughout, a keyhole and hook-and-eye closure at the back, and cap sleeves. It is 35 inches long as well.
